Finally had a great server. If anyone ever eat at the Cheddars on Hampton, more than likely you had a problem there. from your food being late, to poor service, cold food, or just a rude waitress. I like that spot because it stay crunk, but most of the time I leave mad. So I haven’t been in a couple of months. My girl and I stopped in Saturday night and to my surprise we actually had a really good waitress. Didn’t ask for NADA. To our surprise it was her 2nd day. WOw. She was worth tipping. Hat off to TJ. Great service

Visit this location January 2,2015, My order consist if Spinach dip with chips upon receiving my order.The chips were not fresh.I ask the waitress for more chip when she brought them there were more crumbs, than chips , not to mention She forgot what we ordered.Went to management he simply laugh in my face a though he Going on make it right ever seen him.My thing with this restaurant they get more complaints when it’ simple to walk around Ask your customers how is everything beside this is how you get paid.Will never visit there again.

Really bad service, really bad food, restaurant is dirty. Do not come here – save your time and money and go somewhere else!
Cheddars doesn’t want my cheddar!. I call an order to this restaurant often and I usually do have to hold for some time before my order is taken. Yesterday was the final straw. Someone kept me on hold for over 5 minutes so I hung up and called back as I was already driving to the restaurant. The girl answering the phone picked up the phone and said there is no manager available and put me back on hold. I called back twice (someone kept picking up the phone and hanging it up) before I finally spoke to someone who would take my order. She would not transfer me to a manager either saying he is too busy to speak to me. By this time I was at the restaurant, so I went in and asked for the manager who came right out. I explained that the wait to put in a take away order is ridiculous but the fact the manager is too busy to speak to me is unacceptable. I showed him my phone call log and explained this location doesn’t deserve my money. There is another Cheddars 20 minutes away, I’m sure it’s worth the drive to get away from this ghetto customer service.
