Ghetto Dairy Queen. I acutally forgot to take any pictures of this dairy queen, becuase it is in the hood. The wait was super long and the workers carried on conversations that had nothing to do with taking your order or being friendly. I was so embarrased becuase my people left a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up going to a dairy queen with less Hood/ghetto workers whom acted as if your were bothering them. Excuse the hell out me, I dont want to order anything from the south dallas DQ.
VERY rude employee. I went there today with a coupon that DQ emailed me earlier last week. BOGOF blizzard. When I told the gal that I had the coupon, before placing my order, she wanted to know where I got it. I told her that DQ emailed it to me. She then, in a very rude voice, told me to pull up, I was in the drive thru, so I did as requested. She then asked to see my coupon & I handed it to her. I can understand asking to see the coupon because I’d been told before that sometimes when folks get these coupons they are only good at certain locatons and people try to use them at this location when it’s not good for that location. After taking a LONG time looking it over she wanted to know what I wanted. I gave her my order. After she made them and handed them to me I asked her very nicely if she had a bag or something I could carry them home in. She literaly threw the smallest bag she could find at me & closed the window before I could say something. I could barely fit ONE medium blizzard in the bag let alone two of them. I’ve never been treated that rudely there or anywhere and I don’t know what her problem was.I don’t go there all that often but if is what I have to look forward to I certainly won’t give them any business unless I have a coupon that would make it worth my time.
