Thank You!. We held our wedding reception upstairs in the Reagan Room (42 guests). From start to finish the reception was a success. From our grand entrance to our arrival to the food everything was phenomenal. We couldnt have chosen a better venue. Cara Volmar, the event planner at Del Frisco’s, was amazing. Not only did she put up with me for 6 months, she went well beyond the call of duty to ensure that our reservation, room, menu, everything really, was up to par. The guests are still raving about the food. Cara allowed us to drop off some decor items and linens, which was a lifesaver. Her staff expertly set up the room according to our configuration, allowed our baker and florist to arrive before they opened, and even reserved a table downstairs for our 3-piece band to enjoy their meal. I cannot say enough good things. I didn’t get the names of the two ladies who were in charge of our party. They were fabulous. My mother, who arrived early to make sure everything was set-up and where it needed to be, said without them she would have been lost. They gave her such peace of mind (and being the mother of the bride she was extremely nervous). She continues comment on their helpfulness and their excitement about our event. I’ve been to most of the locations and love the food, service, and like the atmosphere. Great dinners in grand style if you don’t mind spending extra for a 5 star meal and some excellent wines. They always make me feel valued and important as a customer. Our anniversary was so fun and the surprise personal touches by management and staff were stellar. Can’t go wrong at Del Friscos!
Overrated. I took my grandmother here in October for both of our first times. I was absolutely amazed at how awful the service was. We had a reservation for 730, and we waited for almost 20 mins just to be seated. After waiting another 10 minutes we were finally greeted, and it was worse from there. Our waters never stayed full, and it took forever to get our meal. Our server came to check on us 15 minutes AFTER we got our steaks. She either needs to find a new profession or have a smaller section. Our filets were definitely lacking flavor. After hearing such great things about this place I had high expectations, and they fell flat. Bobs, Pappas, and Nick and Sams has way better steaks. The table next to us sat for over 15 mins before a server came, and they got up and left. Wish we had done the same.
Great food and amazing service!. Went on Friday night of restaurant week with 5 women, the food was amazing and the service was impeccable. 5 women, separate checks AND restaurant week? All I can say is WOW! I live closer to the one in Uptown, but was so impressed, booked a reservation for the next week on the spot!
