First of all, let me express that Ms. Linda is the sweetest person. She treats the customers like Gold and so do the Trifiling workers when she is there, but when she is not on premesis, the workers are rude, obnoxious and they steal her blind!! The lines are always long and the employees hand in the back room conversating while the customer line is going out the door! If you express to the workers you don’t want the peppers, pickcles and carrots, they tell you they don’t have time to do all that and put them on anyway. I refuse to go back. its’ too ghetto, disrespectful and just plain hood. The chicken is good, but the atmosphere and the customer servise SUCKS!!!!! Everytime I go ther it enfuriates me to the point I will never go back there.
