Brunch here rocks! Super friendly staff, huge portions of great food. Darion was our waiter and he’s the best. Breakfast tacos come with a huge cinnamon roll, fresh fruit, and crisp potatoes that are seasoned perfectly. Our family left happy.17 Aug, 2014Cinnamon Roll. Awesome brunch!
Decent menu, poor service. The waitress came by once- took the order and failed to deliver the appetizer. Entrees ready, told the manager we never saw the appetizer. He was to find out what happened. Never saw him again. They won’t see me again either- many options in this area can surpass this non-existent staff performance. So long!
I’ve been a regular here for going on a little over a couple of years. I come here for the house brews and the turkey Navarro melt sandwich.I never go there during lunch hours because the wait staff is suuuper slow. It takes 10 minutes to get a beer when it’s basically empty. I prefer it on weekend nights, my suggestion is get to know Rob — he’s a great waiter and I don’t like to be waited on by anyone other than him. This place is definitely more of a regulars place and my favorite place to play some pool.
Slow service, poor food prep. We were greeted at the door after a few minutes. the girl at the front threw down the menus in front of us.I didnt appreciate the treatment, especially because my father was with us and deserved more respect. Then the order was not complete. we waited a long time for a couple of our orders and then the chicken was under cooked. WE spoke to the manager but our issue was ignored. plus the waitress forgot my fathers coffee that he ordered when we first sat down. couldnt wait to get out. The service was poor and food was poor, greasy.
This place STILL sucks. Bad service and lame-o food. Really pathetic.
Great Burger at Humperdink’s. I went to Humperdink’s on the Friday night of OU vs TexASS weekend. I knew that they would be busy, so I already managed my expectations on service and quality.Got there at 9:30 and was able to walk right in and get a table. You could tell the place and been slammed earlier in the day. Service was very quick. Ordered a Rio Grande Burger. The burger and fries came out hot and looked awesome! It even tasted better! I was very impressed that they were able to make such a high quality product in a time that they had obviously been slammed with business.
Poor service in the bar. I have been to this location several times in the past 6 months, usually going with friends for drinks. It can take a long time to get waited on in the bar! The last time I was there was after the last World Series game- we could not get waited on- and the bar was more than half empty. I advised my friends this happened to me before, and we left- never even being noticed by any staff. Nobody working the front door we could alert as to the problem.There is simply no excuse for the poor service here, and too many other choices nearby. I really hate this too, as I have been a Humps customer since the mid 70’s.
