Complete Incompetence. Complete incompetence. I have stopped going to this location because they never get my order right. The manager, Jason lacks basic customer service skills. Do yourself a favor, if you want someone who cares about getting you what you paid for then go somewhere else. If you want to be charged for something and not receive it, go here.
It’s a chain but it’s still good food. Pros: Reliably good food, decent service, and large menu. I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants but I often find myself craving Panera.Cons: Although the menu items (ie. sandwiches and salads) may sound healthy, it’s not. The nutrition calculator on the website was shocking.
