STAY AWAY from the INWOOD location! Rude service and super slow. If your looking to eat real Chicago style pizza this is not your place! Don’t get your hopes crushed like I did. The crust and the bread of the pizza taste like cardboard… So gross. Do not recommended
Surprisingly bad!. We ordered delivery for our first (and only!) Picasso’s meal. We ordered Frito Pie, Shrimp Quesadillas, and a Chicken Salad Sandwich. The Quesadillas were burnt – so burnt the tortillas were disintegrating. The shrimp appeared to be the uniform, small, cheap shrimp one can buy in the grocery freezer section. The Chicken Salad Sandwich was a mound of shredded chicken on a croissant (the croissant was also burnt). The chicken was tough and flavorless. The side was coleslaw which was passable at best. The most shocking item was the Frito Pie. It arrived in a ready-to-assemble form — a small bag of Frito’s, a cup of chili without beans that looked just like canned dog food, and small cups of shredded cheese and onions. The side was onion rings that were super-greasy and limp — no crunch at all. We threw away the onion rings, chill pie, and most of the quesadillas and chicken salad sandwich. Very disappointing.
No better than pizza hut. Very disappointed.
Picasso’s – Dallas. My friends and I love the food at Picasso’s, which is why we keep coming back. The only problem with this location is that they are consistently inconsistent with the service, so you have to always double-check your order and your bill. It’s a lot like dining in parts of Europe in that sense. Their salads and pizza are excellent!
I ordered from Picasso’s two straight nights while visiting Dallas. Both times delivery was super fast, and the pizza was excellent. I agree on the Calzone stuffed crust, fantastic! I spent 5 years working in the pizza business, and I’ve never seen such an amazing variety of topping options.
Lazy and rude service. You can do much, MUCH better than this place. The food is decent, but it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with the most worthless set of servers this side of Cafe Brazil. Yes folks, it’s THAT BAD. Last I heard, this was a family-owned outfit, but it appears that none of the family is involved, or even cares. If you’re thinking of trying this one for grins, just don’t… just move along… you can do better.
Very good pizza with polite and quick service!!!
