Terrible. This was literally the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. The chopped beef snadwich tasted like something out of a gradeschool cafeteria and they even managed to mess up the sausage – and it’s REALLY hard to mess up sausage – will never go back
It was ok. I ate here in March of 2010. I thought it was ok, but coming from a small town to a big town with commercialized BBQ, not what I expected.
Complaint of Service. The service at the spring creek site in the Desoto/Duncanville area was awful on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. The staff was very rude. From now on, I will refer all of my friends to the Red Hot& Blue a short distant away. The crew that was working on this particular night had an unpleasant attitute. Training on dealing with the public that is spending their hard warned money is in dire need. If you want the clients to continue spending their money there, you better get rid of this crew. I was very disappointed with the service. I have been a customer for a long time. After tonite, I am apprehensive about returning.
