Trucker here visited this Williams across from pilot truckstop on 4/22/10. Worst service ever. I had to ask the guy that took my order about 5 times to give me my change. I laughed with him and thought he was playing. He got my order wrong and I joke made a comment about the other review for this Williams chicken. That’s when all hell broke loose. I was there around 1 pm the lady called me a stupid mother f er and said she had the Internet. I thought she was playing as well. I told her I wasn’t taking to her and she called me a ugly mother f er and I called her one back. She’s not attractive at all but she called me ugly. I called headquarters the guy gave me the area manager number and he gave me the store owners number. I called he came to the store right away. I explained what happened then he talked to her. He brought out and she said she did not curse me in front of other customers. She lied he gave me money back and told me I could have the chicken. I did nit take the food I went to sonic instead. In my 35 years I have never been treated this way. I’m a black man and try to help black business. I don’t care about black business anymore I’m going to where people treat me nice. The manager seem like a nice guy. I hope no one else will get treated the way she treated me. Lifes to short. To the lady that cursed me have a nice day.
