Didn’t come here for food, so I can’t comment on that, but the happy hour drink specials are ridiculously cheap! You can get $2 margaritas, or other drinks for $5 or less from 3 pm-7pm. Establishment is large, spacious and clean, and has a big bar area for those that just come for the drinks.
I absolutely love this place, and I’m a picky sushi person, happy hour is awesome here, best drink specials in dallas anywhere I’m sure, and for amazing rolls its way cheap, I love spicy so I get the spicy tuna Roll, simply wonderful!
The atmosphere is awesome here. The parking on the other hand is terrible. The sushi was done well I had the midnight roll. I definitely recommend getting a roll here. I got the pad thai. The noodles were cooked okay. The spicy level was a bit off. The flavor wasn’t quite there. Overall it had some hits and misses but overall a decent place to hit up. Especially they open very late.
While Zenna isn’t my first choice for Asian food and the service isn’t particularly good, it boasts a fairly large menu with decent food. A little Thai, a smidge if Indian, a lot of Japanese (namely sushi), this place tries to provide something for everyone. The decor inside is pretty cool, but it almost seems to overshadow everything else. Zenna’s especially a great place to go when you’re in a group that can’t fully decide which type of Asian food they want, and the food consistency is good.
Terrible service. 2 hours for delivery, had to pay an additional delivery fee even though I am within 5 miles via Google maps. Specifically requested 2 pairs of chopsticks twice and got 1. Disappointing…
Worst service… Maybe ever!. Their food is great… Fresh, hot, well priced… The restaurant would be great, a real gem, except… The service is horrible! In fairness it’s not bad all the time, only half the time, but when it’s bad it’s painfully so. And since you never know what you’re going to get it makes it difficult to continue to patronize their restaurant.
Took my family out for dinner at Zenna on Rosemead last night. Ordered a liter of beer and apatizers. Neither came after 20 min so we canceled the beer and the apatizers. Ordered main dishes and 8 rolls to share. Nothing came out together. One main dish was missed completely. Then after we spoke to manager she agreed to take off a mear 10% from the check. After that the apatizers finally came out and were cold and had been sitting for a almost an hour before being brought to our table. Oh and yes they tried to charge us for the cold late apatizers. The waiter did not even come by to fill our empty water glasses the entire meal. Bottom line very poor service. Food is good but not served together as a family meal. Management needs to make some significant improvements in service if they want my business back. Should have said no charge and please come back so we can show you how we can make your next visit memorable. I will certainly remember this vist for a long time and avoid going there again.
