Horrible customer service. I CANNOT get ahold of them on the phone to place an order. They answer and immediately put me on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes, kept trying to call back and could not get anywhere so gave up and went somewhere else. The last time I went in to order, I had to wait a ridiculously long time for my order.
I like Zoes. It’s fresh healthy eating at a reasonable price with an upbeat atmosphere. The hummus and pita options are very good. The chicken wrap is delicious. The chicken kabobs are wonderful. Employees are polite and have a smile on their face. I go out of my way to find and visit Zoes.
Simple dishes. Fresh. Nothing to die for. Good prices.
