Nashville feel in Dallas!. Established in 1963, and you can tell, which is a quality I find quite endearing about this dive bar. Good and greasy. Just gotta love the old Adair’s greasy, mustard burger !!!
Dallas has a fascination with thin patties. Adair’s defies that horrible waste of good meat and gives you a flavorful burger that requires two hands. Add the surroundings that overflows with authenticity and you have the best burger in town.
Great cheeseburgers. Cheeseburgers are worth the trip by themselves. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and shuffleboard make this place a great one to visit. The band Quaker City Nighthawks was awesome as well! Parking is free and monitored in the back.
Adair’s Hamburgers. The picture on the menu of the Hamburger is all wrong! I went to Adair’s for years and have cooked over 85 burgers there in one night!! You put the cheese & onions on top of the meat – no tomatoes or lettuce. Add a large jalapeno on the top of the bun and your done.
If your wanting the best burger in town… This is the place to go. Won’t eat a burger anyplace else.
