Love this new casual comfort food joint from star chef, Matt McCallister. Brunch must tries: Appalachian fried chicken thigh on cheddar chive biscuit. The biscuit is fantastically buttery. Add a slip of pepper jelly for a little sweet and spicy to the meal. The eggs Benedict with pulled brisket is a big portion and absolutely one of the best Hollandaise sauces we’ve tasted. Pork Short ribs are fall-off the bone with a bit of spiciness & peanut sauce. ittybittyfoodies.com

The folks at the table agreed that the deviled shrimp and crab dip was good but the crackers they are served with are lacking. There were several dishes we didn’t get to try so I will have to return. The atmosphere was great. It was a little loud but you could hear the people at your table. I didn’t make it to dessert but a few folks got the pecan pie and were disappointed that it wasn’t served warm.
