Food is good, but very cheap mentality toward customers. If I’m buying a $25 pie, is asking for two small containers of Parmesan too much? I requested two since the large pie is quite large and one container doesn’t cut it, and I was denied! A few weeks ago, same question and the lady just gave me two. I even shared the logic that if you get the regular, one should be enough, but since the pie is large, I would have preferred two. I decided to cancel my order and even that did not change their mind. So they prefer losing out on $25 for like $1 max worth parmesan cheese. The lady on the phone started telling me that they are ‘cracking down’ on staff members that are basically generous toward customers and that it costs them $40 for a case of vegan parm. Umm don’t think as a customer, I need to know all of that…
I wish I could have given this place a zero. My friends and I stopped here for a quick bite. We had our dogs with us – my dog is a registered ESA, but my friend’s is not. We sat on the patio, and one of us (without dogs) went in to tell them we were there. Waitress took our drink and food order, bartender brought my friend her beer, and waitress came back out to check on us. Only AFTER all of this, and before our food came out, the owner came out and, in a rude manner, told us we needed to leave because their patio is not dog friendly. NOWHERE on the premise does it state that dogs are not allowed. We agreed to leave, and he made a HUGE deal about paying for the one beer. The owner just had to get the last word…it was obvious. I’ve managed restaurants before, and if I had to tell patrons they had to leave for a reason it wasn’t their fault, I would have comped the drink. Not this guy though, he just had to make sure he got something out of us. The owner needs an attitude adjustment, and a lesson on customer service. Hope they put a sign up that alerts people…that the owner sucks. Oh and also that they don’t allow dogs.
