My biggest pet peeve is getting overcooked eggs when I order huevos rancheros. This place was great at it. Both my and my mom’s were overcooked. I ate mine because I was hungry; she sent hers back. It was still not all that better the second time around. Any cook who can’t pull off a simple thing like this should be fired. Not impressed.
