  Tried calling number from the website, whoever answered spoke no English and said there is no Blanca Albaugh there (the chef). Maybe they went out of business.

  Best Carrot Cake. Best. Carrot Cake Ever. I m not a big sweets or cake person, but Beatriz Cake s carrot cake is amazing. It s highly addictive and I can never have enough. The cake has the perfect amount of moistness, delicious flavor, and ideal proportion of icing. The icing is my favorite part Creamcheese icing . Normally, one would get sick from eating too much icing, but that s not the case with Beatriz Cake s icing. It s rich, smooth, and creamy with the right hint of sugar. It hard to have leftover cake.Beatriz Cakes has one locations in Laredo TX. They offer about a half dozen different flavors cakes. It s a good deal, but you have to pre-order. Along with cakes, Beatriz Cakes also sells cookies, cupcakes, and other treats.The cakes are gourmet, but they aren t overly fancy or intricate. They re tried-and-true cakes made well and baked with high quality ingredients. You really owe it to yourself to try a cake from here.

  Grooms Cake. Beatriz Cakes made my groom’s wedding cake, and I was very satisfied with the cake and their service. Not only they went out of their way to do my last minute order, but they also were able to do my special order. My fiance, (now husband) wanted a Kalua Cake, Beatriz Cakes didn’t say no to my fiance’s wish ,and made it possible. The Cake was absolutely AMAZING!, everybody love it. The Kalua flavor was to die for, everybody wanted to know where I had it done.
