I love the Buy one get one free BUT…. But what sucks is that you have to eat there inorder to get the deal, which I think thats not fair because I rather eat at the comfort of my own home, not at the restuarant wheres its always jammed packed plus I gotta pay a tip. So I hope some day they can have buy one get one free for carry-out as well, and a drive-thru would also be awesome so we wont have to waste more time in ordering inside. My favorite has always been the maiz roll and the crab salad yumm! But mine never came with tea:(
This location is closed. The Mines Road location remains open.29 May, 2011Not very clean. The last time I went there, I noticed that carpeted areas were extremely sticky when you walked on them, the tables were minimally clean, silverware was spotty, and the food and service were mediocre at best.
I would have never thought one of my favorite sushi places originated in Mexico. I’m a sucker for their Maiz Roll which is perfectly breaded and served with their Tampico (seasoned imitation crab meat slaw). Along with Beef Fried Rice and tea, the meal is definitely worth the price.
Worst sushi. I’ve ever had. They’re stingy with the fish, the rice tasted like it had been sitting out for a day or two, and everything was generally flavorless. Wasabi, ginger (which had an interesting texture going on) and soy sauce are apparently only served on request, and it’s hard to find anything on the menu without cream cheese. Overall, I would rate this one level below grocery store sushi. After asking them to turn the music down twice (we were the only ones on the patio) it was still hard to hear ourselves think. And I’ve never heard of a sushi restaurant that doesn’t serve sake.. Until now!
Oops. Hello 4 months i reviewed KOTO and said it had really bad service.. well i made a mistake.. i ment the one by mines road.. not the one on hillside.. i guess i was too mad and disappointed just hadf to let it out.. this KOTO is very , very goood. in fact two days after i said that KOTO was no good i went toi this KOTO and hade a great time… so again i want to apologize for my mistake..30 Mar, 2010Grrrr.
