Koto On Mines is good!. The two for one rolls make this a better option than the Hillside rd. Koto Rest.Not sure why both don’t have the same special. Everything is fresh and well made. The service can be a little slow, and the wait staff a little over whelmed at times. The food is def. a 9 out of 10.The staff a 5 out of 10.The actual restaurant itself is clean and has a nice environment.
