Memorable. I had always kept this place close. It was a restaurant where my family got together every so often when I was younger. After 5 years, I returned for lunch. The recipe is still the same across the board for their flautas. I was a bit bummed that I missed getting a bowl of their caldo de res but got a great sopa de fideo to make up for. Simply prepared yet tastes like nothing I’ve ever had. Definitely the best plate of its kind.
