Horrible service. The food took too long…we waited 50 min and both our burgers where not what we ordered. Both owners where rude. We went home hungry. I will never go back or recommend this place to family or friends. The place is too small you can hear everyone’s conversation.

Wife and stopped by Pats for our first time. On Dec 7. 2013 we had wings as a side. They where great. She had chicken sandwich. I had bacon chz burger. Both was great. Fries was good. Home cut. Fresh not frozen. Needed little salt.Atmosphere was cool and neat. Staff friendly and courteous. Would recommend. We will v e back.

Great food & service. You have to try it – period. It’s all soooo good. You won’t be disappointed.

FINALLY! After years of searching, I have found the best burger in Laredo. The chili cheese fries and onion rings are amazing, too.

What a delightful little restaurant.. Excellent excellent burger , fries, shake!! My boys’ new favorite restaurant. Service was slow.. But i guess if you want fast.. Head down to franchise food. Really really liked!!

Ok burgers. I’ve been to Pat’s twice and I have to say it’s an average burger place. First time I had the Pat’s double meat burger which comes with bacon and cheese. The patties were over cooked and dry . You can also tell that the patties were frozen not homemade. Second time around I order a classic single and order it medium rare which tasted better but the buns were cold and hard. The fries look like they were freshly cut. They were good but soggy. I like my fries crispy. I also order a milkshake and that was really good.Lastly the service , they were friendly and helpful . My last comment is that I was charged $.0.99 for a glass of tap water . I don’t mind paying for water but sell me a bottle water don’t charge me for tap water. What a bad business decision. I might go back for the shakes but that’s it. TWO THUMBS DOWN.

Pat’s Kitchen is one of the best things to happen to Laredo. The burgers, shakes, fries, everything is good well-made food. Whoever reviewed negatively obviously had problems with something other than the food because I’ve never been disappointed. The homemade fries and slow spun milkshakes are definitely to die for, better than anything I’ve tasted from Laredo so far. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
