Good Q.
Very good and consistent BBQ.. The true test of good food and a good restaurant is how consistently they turn out good food. Rudy’s does this in spades. Great food, great service. Keep it up you will be in business longer than Logans or Montana Mikes without many issues.
Pretty good,consistent w/other Rudy’s. I went yesterday and the young lady at the counter had trouble distinguishing between chop bbq and brisket,even after I repeated my order 3 times. It is a little hard to find good people to work in restaurants in Laredo.
Dry bbq… Cosmos much better.
Laredo and houston tx. Great atmosphere however, the brisket isn’t the best. It is pretty good though when you just gotta have some brisket with bbq sauce smothered alllll over it and there aren’t any other alternative locations.
