Good bbq. Not the greatest compliment, but its one of my favorite restaraunts in Laredo. The potato with brisket is good and different. service is ok, doesnt suck at all.
Excellen Ribs. Well, I will be honest, Rudy’s has the best BEEF ribs I have ever had. I am not sure if the bbq falls into the definition of Texas BBQ, but everything tasted like it did. I learned after the meal that Rudys is a chain, to which I was not that surprised. Their bbq ‘sause’ is mediocre and most of their side dishes and other entrees are forgettable, but I would go back for the ribs and therefore give a thumbs up.
