Ew.. I made an order to go and the food was disgusting. I had the lucky roll and a side of fried rice with avocado and creamcheese on top. First of all the avocado was brown, and the rice was dry as hell. The roll had such a bad flavor that I didn’t eat it. I seriously threw 20 bucks in the garbage and that is not good at all for a college student. Oh yeah, and they charged me an extra 3 dollars and fifty cents just to add the avocado and cream cheese, which the lady failed to mention until I was there to pick it up. If anything, go to the one on the southside on saunders, that ones alright. The one on McPhereson is a definite no go. The tempura was disgusting, I’m getting nausea just thinking about it.
Thia place was garbage. After being stationed in Korea and Japan, I can’t even judge this place by Laredo standards. They lacked the ability to order several rolls of different types. Overpriced and sushi was sub-par at best.
Heard SM is one of the beat places in Laredo for sushi and the reviews are right. The rolls are reasonably priced and the taste is awesome! The space on Saunders has a modern look and feel with sPanish rock playing in the background. Only downside was the service, it was in attentive and the servers seemed more interested in each others conversation than attending to the patrons. In either case I will definately return for the food!
Good Sushi. This review is based off of laredo standards. Awesome sushi, and service. Si necessita habla espaniol, pero no problema por esta gringo. i like the this place. not as good as other cities but One of the best in Laredo. i like the place closer to Shiloh off of McPherson.
BAD. The sushi is below average. Pretty bad service as well…. not a single employee seems to speak English fluently. Save your money and skip this place out.
Not so full-filling. The food could be way better if they add good portion sides to your plate for the $$$ you pay. The plates are small meant to give you less food to put on it. That said don’t expect to have a lot on your plate.Oh! They put a piece of lettuce to fill you up too with boring no taste rice. Lemonade is not natural its fountain. Sushi is ok although I suggest asking previous people that have gone there before to find out which one suits you. Wish they had pictures of what you order or some samples there to give you some taste. Overall, 1-10 I give it a 4.
The website says they deliver but the man on the phone says they do not, it would help if he spoke English.
