Very good authentic Mexican food. Cool little hole-in-the-wall joint! Come inside and you may run into other restaurant owners eating here incognito (I have). Breakfast burritos, nachos, chilaquiles are highly recommended.
Blah. Tried a few different things since it was my first time eating there. The salsa was bland, it tasted like straight tomatoes. The rice was bland as well, no flavor. The queso dip tasted like melted Velveeta cheese. I had a chicken burrito which was, take a guess, bland and lastly I tried their beef fajita quesadilla which were just fair. Overall it was a waste of money. Every other Mexican restaurant in Midland is better than El Burrito.
I tried the tacos al carbon, it was good! Oiled up tortilla, fresh avocado and salsa! And a chorizo quesadilla! I also love their smothered burritos! There big and the tortilla is handmade! The fajita is juicy and flavorful! I usually go for lunch and spend about $10!
I love el burrito! Huge burritos and great whole or half chickens. Signature dish get any burrito smothered. Their queso is awesome!
Really great place to eat. The burritos are gigantic and always delicious… Nothing on the menu is lacking of size or flavor.
Fanatastic breakfast. Great breakfast dishes. also really good steak fingers. they are cash only, so be prepared with that.
