Been decent for years
Very good buffet.. I’ve eaten here at least a dozen times now. I’ve been here for both lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. The service is extremely good for a buffet. My water glass has never gone empty here and I tip the wait staff accordingly. Everything on the buffet has been fresh with the exception of one visit where a nearly empty dish looked like it had been sitting awhile. I pointed it out to one of the servers who removed and replaced the tray with a fresh one immediately. The big surprise was their sushi bar that is part of the buffet. The guy doing the sushi does a great job considering the price and location. Best I’ve found in Midland. Crab legs are also another pleasant surprise on the buffet when they are in season. Grand Buffet has a very large variety of dishes available from std buffet fare to stir fry and sushi. They even have octopus if you like.. It’s turned into a regular for us. It’s the place we go when we can’t decide on what we want because we can satisfy about any taste from the buffet.
