Horrible experience!. I came here today with my young daughter. No one greeted us in any way. We sat, completely ignored, for about 10 minutes until I finally asked another patron and she told us to go order at the counter (but there were menus at each table…?). The food was just ok — nothing special. When we were finished with our meal, we sat, ignored, again, for about 10 minutes. Finally, I took our plates to a trash can myself to clear our table. At this point, the employee who’d taken our order (and whom I’d tipped $5 just for doing so!) absolutely bellowed at me, screaming at me that a staff member would take our plate. When I replied that no one had done so for quite a long time, she ignored me. My sweet little girl had wanted dessert, but was almost in tears after seeing me treated in such a way, so we hightailed it out of there. The rotating view is nice, but not worth the incredibly rude customer service. We will never return and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Avoid at all costs!
