I found this restaurant on the Google, and reviews looked good so I decided to go there with a friend. The room is very nice and up to date, and we were seated immediately. We ordered a dozen duxbury oysters and a half dozen tuna sushi pieces to start. Duxbury oysters were fresh and tasty and the tuna sushi was delicious. I had redfish for dinner that was perfectly prepared. Fish portions were on the smaller side, but delicious all the same. Ill definitely try it again next time in town.
Props for having a Caesar with actual sardines on it. The pre dinner biscuits and the small dessert cake were on point, and I really dig the jalapeno butter. My sushi was alright, with the rice being a bit dry and the meat being overpowered by the basil.
Restaurant offered complimentary sip of champagne and a bite of sashimi at the start. Was with a group and focused on conversation. Looked down and untouched sashimi had been removed without my knowledge. Service was a bit too eager. Red fish was well presented if a bit bland. Considered it overpriced. Others in the group loved their dishes: filet and swordfish. One claimed that it was the best swordfish they had ever had. Dessert described as an awesome strawberry shortcake was quite good.
