No doubt the wings were phenomenal, but the service was HORRIFIC! The tables next to us got their drinks before us even though we were seated 20 minutes before them. We got somebody else’s food and our waitress spilled the entire plate of food on me right in front of the manager and he didn’t NOTHING! I had to call him again just so he could notice crap was all over my clothes! I love hooters, but after tonight, they lost 6 customers and anyone else I can tell about too!
Treated Wrong. I walked over to this Hooters earlier tonight. I was greeted by the hostess and was told to seat myself. It was very slow tonight because there’s not much going on around it tonight.After waiting at the table I chose (down in the main bar area) for about 10 minutes, my waitress finally approached me. Instead of saying hello she asked if I seated myself. I told her the hostess told me to pick a table. My waitress came off as if I was a complete annoyance. She told me that I wasn’t allowed to pick a table and that it would take her a while to get to me. Keep in mind, there were other waitress and maybe 15-20 other customers (most were grouped together, maybe 8 tables total). I was alone. I was dressed very appropriately and am not the type of person that looks threatening or out of place.I walked back up to the entrance and a new hostess was there. For some reason the only place she could seat me was at this lone table on the upper bar, near the stairs that lead down to the main bar. It seemed like the handicap section. I did not want to sit there (I wanted to watch the game while I ate). The hostess had an attitude problem. Instead of not watching the game and eating in the handicap section, I left.I took my business elsewhere and had a fantastic meal. It’s a shame for them because I live right around the corner from their restaurant. I would have been a good repeat customer to have. I will never attempt to eat there again.
I love this Hooters. They let us drink while waiting for our table. Our waitress was friendly (but flat for Hooters!) and the food was good. Just make sure to order enough! The wings have great flavor, but are more like nuggets.
Love it. If this is the one in the West End…love going here. I think it’s the biggest Hooters around. I loved going here on the bike on the Stevie Ray Vaughan bike run! Great stuff as always!
Worst service ever! As a server myself I was surprised at how rude our waitress was. We came in 20 min before they closed to grab a drink before heading to the bars and our waitress treated my whole group like crap. Apparently guest are an inconvence to some of the workers. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
