QUITE GOOD!. If you are looking for something very tasteful but at a reasonable price then you should try it. The Tokyo Bowl and Spring Roll with Ginger Tea and Yogurt for dessert is DELICIOUSOS!!!
Wonderful. I ordered the managers special for $9 which came with a small rice bowl, regular soup, and iced tea. I opted for the hot drop soup and it was wonderful. It had the perfect amount of spice and flavored perfectly. I chose the seoul beef bowl. It came with vegetables and rice. The beef was shredded and had great flavor. The vegetables were cooked nicely. It was a great size portion for the price and very tasty. The service was exceptional, everyone was very friendly. I went at about 1pm and I think missed most of the lunch rush. Great place!!
Really quick and excellent customer service. The dumplings were great!
Not good at all!!. First of all, I went there after reading the reviews. Reviewers wrote that the Hot and Sour soup was really good, however, it was the worst Hot and Sour soup I’ve had and it didn’t even look like it. I even went back and asked them if what I had was the Hot and Sour soup. The skin on the dumplings were all ripping apart and it didn’t look appetizing, but it tasted ok. But I would probably buy frozen dumplings at an Asian market next time. The Thai chicken bowl was decent; I wouldn’t say it was the best. Overall, this place is overrated and I would not go back.
Delicious!. I used to eat here all the time when I worked in a building nearby. The guy who runs the place really puts a lot of effort into both the food and the customer service. The shrimp spring roll soup is my favorite.
I wandered into the downtown location and was greeted by a man at the register who turned out to be the owner. He was incredible helpful, polite and friendly. The rice bowl was fantastic and the dumplings are by far my favorite! I will definately be going back. One of my new favorite places to eat!!
Love it!. Sadly, I work in Plano now so I don’t get to delve into the deliciousness of Kuai. My personal favorite is the Thai Bowl, it has the perfect amount of spice to keep me going at work after lunch. For those of you that get to take advantage of either location downtown, I am jealous.
