The ceiling in the restaurant was like the Sistine Chapel and the beautiful fresco contributed to the impeccable ambiance in the French Room in the Historic Adolphus Hotel. The hotel was named after Adolphus Bush of Anheiser-Bush fame! The food and service was just as good. I ordered Ostrich and it was tough and not what I wanted. The server was watching me grimace when I took my first bite. So she replaced the entire entre with lamb chops and it was exquisite!!What an experience!It is rated the best, and deserves the rating. Beautiful dining room with perfectly set tables. Incredibly attentive service. Innovative menu, all perfectly prepared. The French room is exactly what one would want if seeking the perfect French meal in America. it is very expensive, but we get what we pay for. aprondiaries.wordpress.com
Impeccable. A wonderful dining experience. The decor was gorgeous, the ambiance intimate and elegant. The service was absolutely outstanding. We had no less than three waiters who were always attentive yet never in the way. They would swoop in, do whatever was needed, and be gone before you could blink. The food, as you would expect, was excellent. Perfectly prepared and presented. All-in-all this place is in a league of its own. We will be back.

The coupon is surrendered when you arrive and you are treated better than most guests in that you have NO surcharges for items that typically cost more. Food is always fresh and delicious. Service is attentive but unobtrusive. Nothing is left to chance and you leave with a very nice surprise! The surroundings are stunning. Looks like you’re in a French palace. Takes you to Paris without the hassle of a plane trip.
