Great food, awesome portions at a great price.. Ordered the beef fajita botana platter for 2 people and was amazed to see it can almost feed 4 people in my opinion. Great price for the botana, comes with a great helping of rice and the beans were real good too. Pico De Gallo was just the right degree of spicey. Go and try it out, great food at a really good price.

What happened?. This place used to be great then slowly food and cleanliness went downhill. Won’t even stop anymore. I noticed I’m not alone either. The parking lot used to be overcrowded. Now it seems you can pull right up to front door. Nuff said.

Carne guisada/enchilada plate. What in the world? An eatery that serves up several sources of combination plates including a carne guisada/cheese enchilada plate with rice, and beans. Heart attack special, but worth it if you are into heavy, greasy, texmex cuisine at its finest. Bring a Winter Texan and shock their system…I promise you, they won’t wake up for days after consuming this plate! Colima also has margarita and beer specials plus a killer seafood botana served througout the year, but a big hit during lent. *****
Hit and miss.. Went a couple of times and loved it, then the next two times was dissatisfied. Could be a little cleaner and friendlier. There are better choices in Edinburg.
