Terrible experience…we purchased a full sheet cake and was pretty excited to see the outcome…considering their reviews. The cake cost $180 dollars by the way….anyways it was for my daughters 2nd birthday…we show up to pick up the cake and we noticed that the cake said 3. We instantly brought our concern up to the manager(Goya) and she argued with us that we told her that this was her 3rd birthday…wow, as if we did not know our daughters’ birth date…we even had a receipt and email showing our daughters birthday as 2…well she eventually painted over the edible paper which looked terrible…anyone can contact me and I will email you the pictures of the cake…we talked to the owner (Jesus) about getting our money back and all they offered was a 50 dollar gift certificate…as if we would come back to their establishment…cake pretty much ruined a key part of our daughters’ birthday…on the plus side the cake was delicious, but don’t let that fool you….it’s just smoke and mirrors for providing a terrible product.
