The food is tasty but the drive through always takes over 12 minutes, even if it is just 2 vehicles. Inside, the tables are somewhat dirty with wrappers and crumbs. I am appalled that there is a lack of consistency and focus on customer service. Carl’s Jr., your food is delicious but not delicious enough for me to forget that I am a customer who should be served in a timely manner. Don’t plan to return.
