This restaurant is one of the very few that has lunch specials or comida corrida on Saturdays as well. The ambience is nice and and the seating is comfortable. It definitely has the appearance of being in this location for sometime. It has a variety of seating arrangements. I ordered the lunch special Mexican plate. Which comes with your choice of beef or chicken soup, your drink, and the selection of about five different entre plates. I had the chicken soup. I had some reservations about actually eating the chicken itself as I was not convinced it was completely cooked. Although the broth itself tasted good. The entre was OK. Nothing really spectacular about it or special , And/or unique flavors. But it was very satisfying. Like all specials in this category it is a reduced version of their entre menu. They do carry a large variety of items in their menu. The service was a little below adequate. I had to constantly look for a waitress to ask for more tea or any other items that I might have a need for. . Would I come back. Probably so I did not find anything that would discourage me. I probably will try some other items on the menu to see if there is something that really stands out. But it this point we will see. It does not fall under my go to place category yet or maybe.
