A modern approach to Mexican American dining, you won’t be disappointed. The Califa burger is a must if you’re unsure of what to try. Whether it’s chicken, Angus beef, or barbacoa, everything is cooked perfectly. I’ve been twice, on different days and at different times and I was impressed on both occasions. This location is consistent in their approach to serving food in a timely manner and cleanliness. The wait staff is polite and knowledgeable about the ingredients in each dish. The parking was roomy and the decor is unique, with inviting colors, spacious seating and sombreros on the overhead lamps above each table. Poncho, the restaurant owner, takes great care to ensure each patron is satisfied.
