If you like terrible service, this is the place for you. It took over 30 minutes to get my order, all the while watching customer after customer go to the counter to complain. Apparently they could not get a single order right. Avoid at all costs!
Have to compare this place to Five Guys and Chipotle – the business model is so similar. I ordered a shake, a turkey burger on wheat, and some sweet potato fries. The shake was outstanding; plenty of big chunks of Reece’s cups in there. Apparently there were options like whipped and cherries – those options aren’t on the menu and I wasn’t told about them. Would have preferred the shake plain. Turkey burger was delicious! It’s not often I get a good turkey burger so I’m definitely coming back here when I’m in the mood for something a bit lighter and still delicious. The bun was cool to the touch which was kind of weird and unexpected. I don’t know that I’ve ever eaten a burger with a cold bun. That being said, the flavor on the bun was good, as well. Seasoning on the sweet potato fries smelled STRONG – I was afraid it was going to be too much. However, the flavor was great on those too. Food was good service was polite. Only real knock (and it’s like a half of a knock, really) is that it’s a Five Guys competitor and it wasn’t as much FUN as Five Guys. Greet me when I walk in (especially if it’s not busy), ask if I’ve tried the Mooyah sauce (didn’t even notice it until I read the take out menu), make the food presentation fun (I love scooping out some peanuts or eating hot fries from a paper bag – feels adventurous and it’s fun). Half a knock aside, this place was tasty and it’s closer to me than Five Guys. Definitely good enough to be competitive. I will be back!
Great burger. Really enjoyed the burger, fries and Mooyah sauce. Servers were great and nice atmosphere . I have recommended this place to friends and co-worker so they can make their own opinion. I will be back .
Puts Five Guys to shame!. We LOVED Mooyah’s when we lived in Williamsburg, and were ecstatic that it finally came to El Paso! Their burgers are the juiciest, biggest, tastiest burgers I’ve ever had! The buns are truly amazing, they taste like they were just made minutes ago. Truly worth the trip over to the West side for us (we live in the North East)! One last thing, you haven’t lived until you’ve had their sweet potato fries. So much yum!!!
