Killer breakfast special!. All I’m gonna say is that if their breakfast special of enchiladas montadas (that’s red enchiladas topped w/ two fried eggs) was a girl, I’d put a ring on it! Their red sauce is freaking DELICIOUS! The perfect blend of fiery and garlicky (it’s not for wimps) smothering two enchiladas filled with oozing cheese and with eggs on top. You pierce the yolks and let that yellow goodness run all over the whites and enchiladas…. Happiness! Man, I want some right now! You also get two tasty sides of refried beans and potato cubes w/ chorizo. All this plus your coffee for like four bucks! I’d pay ten for this! …just don’t tell ’em.
