Not impressed with this place! Spent about 5 minutes on hold to place my order and after doing so the lady told me it was too far for them to deliver! I was looking forward to the meal, but refuse to try it now! Very poor customer service!
Unsatisfied. Why do they say they deliver when they dont. i work downtown and they told me it was too far to deliver 1 plate. sure the food is delicious but there customer service really sucks, the man with white hair is the owner dont know his name, but he says yes,yes, order no problem i order and then says you are too far…wanted me to order 3 plates when its just 1 person in the office…false advertising
Ridiculous. This is not a business that likes to please their customers. I work in City Hall and have ordered from them for a few months, but the last few times they’ve delivered my food between one or two hours late with the food cold. Today I decided to give them another chance; when I called, the lady took my order but then at the end when I was about to pay with my card, she called the guy that would be delivering the food, she accidentaly didn’t put it on mute or something, well the guy said he was not going to be delivering the food because it was only one plate and he was at Sam’s. Why offer delivery if you don’t have someone to deliver in the first place? That is not godd customer service at all!!!!!! They lost a few customers due to this.
Definitely real Mexican food, the soups are incredible, there’s no other real Mexican food restaurant that I’ve tried so far
Best Green Enchiladas in El Paso. What can I say, I love this place, this is truly a home kitchen whre they keep their recipes intact and the food is amazing every time, I try and go there at least once a month, need to go back soon
Truly Authentic Mexican Food. Best Mexican Food in the Southwest! Home-made everything gives best value for the dollar. Gotta try it!!!
