Truth be told, this place is my guilty pleasure. It’s basic, gritty and pretty tasty. It’s good old Mexican street fair sold cafeteria style in the market itself. If you choose to eat there the seating is wooden picnic tables and a help yourself salsa station. I love to come here for a late lunch since the place is always packed around noon. They will never win any kind of recognition for what they offer but the food is good and reliable. Everything from taco plates to carne asada by the pound are sold here.
