Typically the service here is spot on. When I utilize the order in advance through the Starbucks app, I never have any issues whether I pick up my food and drink order inside or through the drive-through, but today, the staff decided to provide my food and order to another individual, making me wait. I don’t understand why they didn’t verify the identity of the other person at least, when they gave away my order. It was frustrating that I had to wait an additional five minutes, in addition to the time I spent after ordering. The whole purpose of placing an order in advance is so that it is ready prior to the patron’s arrival. The staff did apologize, but it does not change the fact that they made an error, which could’ve been avoided.
