Cute decor, nice hostess, but cupcakes were a little disappointing. These cupcakes are baked fresh daily, so I don’t understand why they aren’t especially tender and moist. My only guess is that they are slightly over baked, over mixed, or they need a new recipe base with another fat substitute. I do appreciate the creative flavor ideas such as: maple bacon, pina colada,and peaches and cream. However, the fact they were a little tough on the outside and slightly dry on the inside, I was disappointed with the size and price of these little creations. Would I go back? I’d give them one more try, but purchase a single cupcake before I shell out $9 for six and see if it was maybe a bad morning for the baker because I really want to support EP small businesses. I wish the hostess would have asked me what I thought and maybe this review could have been avoided,but I guess her phone was more important at the time.
Ill start with the cupcakes. ive tried cupcakes all over this city and this place is definitely one of the best. i got a dozen with different flavors bt the tiramisu is by far the best! amazing moist and filled! perfect blend of flavors. cant wait to try the other flavors. just wish the cupcakes were bigger but i know you can just order an actual cake. i also got an iced coffee im a huge coffee person and i have an addiction to starbucks iced coffee and i was amazed it tasted exactly like starbucks! robust and bold. so yummy. i never thought anybody could make it as delicious. i proved wrong bravo guys. i cant wait to go back and try their other goodies. and the furniture is great too haha
The potato soup was really good! I may just make regular stops for their soups… Nice set up and I liked the tres leches cupcake best out of the ones we tried.
