Be in time! At our first visit at 2PM it was sold out. Next time we came at 11:30AM and had to stand i line for almost an hour, but worth waiting for! Best BBQ ever. I had brisket (moist), sausage and ribs (pork & beef). Don’t miss this BBQ.
#20 stop in our Texas Monthly 50 Bbq Challenge.Ordered the Pork Belly, Brisket Smoked Beans, Potato Salad, and Crack Cake.The Pork Belly was great. Deep smoke, great bark, very tasty and tender.The Brisket Smoked Beans were sweet, meaty, sticky, and smokey. Wonderful.The Potato Salad was gpod with chukns of potato and other ingredients.The Crack Cake was buttery with a vanilla undertone. All those flavors folks love.
Great people and even better BBQ. I’m not great with words, so this will be short. I love this place. I love the food. I love taking food home for dinner too. I love that if I miss a week or two, the staff asks how I’ve been and lets me know that I was missed. Also, I met Emmitt Smith here. Enough said!
