Needed more help. The restaurant was full on Labor Day, but there was only one person bussing tables. That meant that tables often sat unused and unusable for at least half an hour before they were cleaned. That also meant that the women’s restroom was not particularly clean, especially with toilet paper on the floor and one trash can nearly overflowing.The selection of pizza on the buffet was also not up to standard. There were too many odd flavors and not enough standard flavors. Pepperoni was the only standard flavor that was almost always on the buffet. The sausage thin-crust pizza was dried out from being under the heat lamp for so long. Also, I’m not sure why the big plates were placed at the end of the buffet instead of where most people start.The staff seemed rushed and unenthusiastic, but that is somewhat understandable because of the nonstop inflow of customers, both dine-in an carry-out. I think that more people working in the dining room and behind the counters would have reduced stress for staff and annoyance for customers.I hope this was an isolated incident. I usually like going to CiCis because the price is unbeatable. My usual CiCis is always clean, friendly, and well-stocked. This CiCis suffered from a lack of planning.
