Worst service ever !! We we…. Worst service ever !!We went for dinner on 8/11/2013 to lunch here We got there and the table where we sat still had the last person’s food on it. Next I asked really polittly to the waitress in Spanish if she could wipe the table as it was dirty. After she came back and wiped it I made sure to thank her many times and told her I will take care of her at the end. It still seem she was was not so happy either way. We 25 to half an hour latter they finally came with our order that wasn’t even complete. At this time other people that was ahead of us had gottern served and the worst part my food was cold. I asked to speeck with a manager and it seems that no one knew who he or she was. Finally I just told them to give me my money back and all they could say sorry. The food is good but the service was terrible. If you are planning on going here, make sure you have plentin of time.
The home made torillas are good. Had the Huevos Rancharos with refried beans. A bit runny but excellent flavor. Would like to try the Pollo en Mole next time.
Once was too much. Texas Monthly what were you thinking??!! Yes the fresh tortillas were good but they were the only highlight. The margaritas were undrinkable and arrived in a fish bowl of sweet yellow mix…..ugh. We would never go back and now question the other restaurants on your 50 best Mexican restaurant list.
Great food. Every dish is made to order as if you were family. Made by hand, fresh daily. Our meal was better than the article in Texas Monthy. Well worth the trip. We will go again the next trip down from Amarillo

Excellent Huevos Rancheros. If you like huevos rancheros, this is the place. The chilaquiles are pretty good. Quality food at decent prices.
