BEWARE! I find no reason whatsoever for a restaurant to serve salsa so hot as to be sickening. They serve two with your meal, one is okay, one is deadly; I actually believe it could kill a child if they should partake of some without the parent’s knowledge. When your lips, esophagus, and stomach are so distressed by the HOT nature of the salsa, it does not matter what is served afterwards…you cannot enjoy it. There are so many good to great Mexican restaurants in the Metroplex, I will never risk a totally unpleasant evening again visiting CHIQUITA’S!
