As long time customer I used to order brisket, ribs and sausage by the pound to go.The brisket is usually tender, but has no discernable smoke flavor and reminds me of pot roast.The ribs are hit or miss and the sausage is usually good. The bbq sauce is conveniently good as the brisket needs it. For whatever reason everything is wrapped in plastic wrap, before it is opened and sliced to order.
