Enjoyed my visit. My family and I enjoy going to this Chili’s, I’ve had a few bad experiences at this location here in Forney but most the time I’ve enjoyed going. The waiter we had Hayden was excellent he took care of each and everyone of us equally. Then another young man Matt came over to help check on us and was super sweet. That was the best experience I’ve had in awhile.

Not bad, really!. I see some bad reviews and all restaurants can have one lousy server or a bad day if some staff doesn’t show up. I have had good and not as great waiters there but really the place isn’t bad. They have some items I like and some I don’t. The manager actually was nice once when I went to lunch with a friend and we both had a coupon for a free dessert. They are supposed to do only one coupon per table but they let us both use it. Another waitress did the same thing for my daughter and I. The majority of all my experiences there have been good even if we weren’t getting the free extra molten cake! 🙂
Great Service, Awesome food, good prices. I’m not sure who was waiting on the other two reviewers here, but all of the Chili’s wait staff I have run in to have provided excellent service, with a genuine care of how everything was prepared and delivered. The food is hot, fresh and always on point, and if ever I had anything incorrect was fixed immediately. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to eat in this area.
Apathetic waitstaff is right. This place is the most upscale resturant in Forney and could be so much better.
Usually I love Chili’s, but this location in Forney consistently disappoints. From the brown lettuce in the salads to the extremely apathetic waitstaff, I have yet to have a great dining experience there. I keep returning because I hope it will improve, but after 2 years I think I can finally give up. Sad because I LOVE me some Chili’s.
