  Terrible customer service. I ordered crab puffs and got fried wontons. When I called to tell them about the mistake, There are far too many very good restaurants in this area to waste my money at one that doesn’t appreciate my regular business. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

  Unbelievably poor service, NEVER AGAIN. I am extremely disappointed and dismayed with the treatment I just received from these people. I don’t know if they are under new management or not, but I didn’t know that Jade Cafe was in the business of blatantly ripping customers off, and not making good on their mistakes. I have been eating at this establishment since it opened, but never again.I called in an order for a lemon chicken combo special (which comes with an egg roll and fried rice), and a small order of won ton soup. I went to their drive through window and picked the order up. I was charged $10.63, which sounded right for what I had ordered ($7.75 for the combo, and $1.75 for the soup, plus tax). When I got home, I found a single egg roll, and no soup. I called the restaurant, and told them they left my soup out of the bag. They claimed that I ordered the combo, plus an additional order of 2 eggrolls. They told me to come back to the restaurant to resolve their mistake, but I told them to deliver my soup to me. They still maintained that I placed an order for eggrolls, and they would be happy to take my eggrolls back, but then charge me for a replacement soup. I went back and forth with them, and they were exceedingly rude about their error. Finally, I told them that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company, and their response was that it was my right to do so, but they said that they weren’t going to fix their mistake. I admit, I told them to do something somewhat unsavory with their parents, and hung up on them.This is really bad. They expected me to drive back to their restaurant to fix their mistake, using up my gas, but the real problem is that they messed up the order, and blamed me for it. And then overcharged me for items that 1) I did not order, and 2) weren’t even in the bag. Now I have to deal with the bank, for poor service on the part of Jade Cafe.I don’t even know if the food is still as good as it was in the past, but I will NEVER go back there again. And I would caution anyone who does business with these people to carefully check their orders if they request food to go. I’m sure they will try to rebut this review, but I’ll stand by this review in any venue they can come up with. I don’t write bad reviews without due justification, and these people crossed a serious line tonight.
