The best independent Italian restaurant in the area, maybe all of Houston. We have been eating here for several years and we have never, ever had a bad meal. In fact, they’re all been fabulous. The waitstaff is very pleasant and good at what they do. The owner, Nick, has always been pleasant to us. He was a bit brusque when seating us, but not rude at all. He seated us and later, talked to us as we exited. Very pleasant at both times. I had a shrimp dish that was divine. Hubby had the stuffed chicken special of the day and loved it.
