Hello! I am Romano, nice to meet you. I was born in Kazakhstan, Almaty, in 1978. I am cooking since I was a child. Fifteen years ago I moved to Brazil. As a professional cook, I graduated in Rio de Janeiro at the Gastronomic Institute of the Americas (IGA). I would like introduce to you cuisine of the countries of the former Soviet Union and some of my own dishes.
